Welcome to Eat111. By downloading, accessing, or using the Eat111 mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Overview

Eat111 is a technology platform that connects users ("Customers") with local restaurants ("Partners") and independent delivery personnel ("Riders"). Eat111 acts as an intermediary to facilitate the ordering and delivery of food and beverages. Eat111 does not prepare the food and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or compliance of the food provided by Partner restaurants.

2. User Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Eat111 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

3. Ordering and Delivery

  • Order Placement: When you place an order through Eat111, you are making an offer to purchase items from the selected restaurant. Orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant.
  • Delivery: Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation times may affect delivery speed.
  • Allergies: If you have food allergies or specific dietary requirements, it is your responsibility to communicate these directly to the restaurant or indicate them in the order notes. Eat111 cannot guarantee that any food will be free of allergens.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Pricing: Prices for menu items are determined by the restaurant. Eat111 may charge a delivery fee and service fee, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
  • Payments: All payments must be made through the app using our authorized payment methods (e.g., Paystack, mobile money). We do not accept cash on delivery.
  • Refunds: Refunds or order cancellations are subject to our refund policy. Once an order is being prepared by the restaurant, it generally cannot be canceled.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Eat111 platform to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws.
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading orders.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our delivery riders, restaurant partners, or customer support staff.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Eat111 app or servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eat111 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the services, the food provided by restaurants, or the delivery services provided by riders.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ghana.
